Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days.

Note: This is a small business run by a single author. It is my goal to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, but I also have no employees, meaning that any hiccups in my life could delay order processing. I strive to get most orders out in 1-2 business days, but I recognize that it would be unfair to make that an expectation for 100% of the time when there may be times when that is simply not possible.

eBook Delivery

eBooks on this site are delivered via Bookfunnel. The automations should result in an email from Bookfunnel almost immediately upon order completion. If you do not receive an email from Bookfunnel or are having difficulty with the download process, please check out the BookFunnel Support page. If for whatever reason, Bookfunnel is unable to help you, please reach out to me by responding to your order confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Limited returns are allowed. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and, if they are returning the entire order amount, processing fees will be deducted from their refund amount. Products must be in new condition.

Payment Processing

All data is run through an SSL connection and secured using Cloudflare. Payments are processed using Stripe, one of the premiere payment processing partners in the world. Other companies that use Stripe include: Amazon, Apple, Etsy, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, and Samsung. I care a great deal about the security of my customers’ personal information. It is my intention to do everything reasonably possible to keep your data secure. No financial data is stored on this site.
